This policy explains what information 99digitals collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• The email address and mobile number you enter at checkout (the mobile number is also passed to Razorpay's payment window so you don't have to type it again) — used only to deliver your purchase and to help you if something goes wrong.
• Payment status and Payment ID from Razorpay. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
• Basic usage data (pages viewed, purchase events) through the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, used to measure our advertising.
• When you buy, our server tells Meta about the purchase (amount and payment ID) together with a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of your email and mobile number, your IP address and browser type, so Meta can match the purchase to the ad you saw. Meta never receives your email or number in readable form.

How we use it

To deliver your products, answer support requests, prevent misuse of download links, and measure our ads. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing

Only with services needed to run the store: Razorpay (payments), our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email provider, and Meta (ad measurement).

Cookies

The Meta Pixel uses cookies. You can block them in your browser or in your Facebook ad settings.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
