These terms apply to purchases made on 99digitals.in ("99digitals", "we", "us"). By paying for a product you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Downloadable digital products (PDF e-books and collections). Product contents are described on each product page. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

3. Delivery

Access is delivered online as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Use of the products

Products are for your personal reading and study. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files.

5. No claims of results

The books are offered for reading, study and cultural interest only. We make no claim, promise or guarantee of any effect, remedy, outcome or result from anything described in them. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

6. Refunds

All products are digital downloads and cannot be returned once delivered. A refund is given only if your purchase was not delivered (or you were charged twice). See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
