Shipping & Delivery Policy

All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.

How delivery works

1. After a successful payment you are redirected to our thank-you page, which shows a button to open your private library.
2. The same private download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
3. From the library you can download each book as a PDF, or a whole shelf as a ZIP file.

Delivery time

Instant — normally within a few minutes of payment. If you have not received access within 2 hours, email support@99digitals.in with your Payment ID and we will send it manually. If we cannot deliver it, we refund the full amount (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).

Access period

Lifetime access: your library link does not expire. If you lose it, go to 99digitals.in/library and enter the email or mobile number you used at checkout — we will email your link again. We still recommend saving the files to your device.
